What if I have a special foot shape?
Flat feet: We recommend choosing one of our thicker-soled styles for added cushioning and support.
High insteps: We recommend sizing up by half a size for a more comfortable fit.
Narrow feet: We recommend sizing down by half a size for a more secure fit.
Do women's sizes run large?
Yes. Our women's shoes generally run about half a size large. For sizes below EU 39, we recommend choosing half a size down for a better fit.

If you’re EU 40 (US Women’s 8.5 / Men’s 7) or below, we recommend choosing the larger size. If you’re above EU 40, we recommend choosing the smaller size for the best fit.

No. The flexible, one-piece 3D-printed design creates a quieter, more natural walking experience than traditional shoes—closer to the feeling of walking barefoot.
I have wide feet. Will these shoes fit?
Yes. PollyFab shoes feature a roomy toe box that allows your toes to spread naturally, providing a comfortable fit for most people with wider feet.
Can I wear orthotic insoles with PollyFab shoes?
No. Our shoes feature a seamless, one-piece construction and do not include removable insoles, so we don’t recommend using orthotic or aftermarket insoles.
Are PollyFab shoes easy to clean?
Yes. Simply rinse them with water or wash them with mild soap, then let them air dry.
