Delivery
Digital gift cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase. No physical card will be shipped.
Redemption
Gift cards may be redeemed exclusively at Pollyfab.com toward the purchase of eligible products.
No Expiration
Our gift cards never expire and carry no additional service or maintenance fees.
Partial Redemption
If your purchase total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future purchases.
Additional Payment
If your order total exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method.
Refund Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Please keep your gift card information secure. Pollyfab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Promotions
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. Unless otherwise stated, gift cards may be used in combination with promotional discounts.
FAQ
Q: What exactly gets customized on my pair?
A: Every pair is built around your unique 3D foot model. We tailor the length, width, arch height, heel contour and forefoot shape to your exact measurements — no generic standard sizing. You can also customize midsole firmness and select from available color options.
Q: Can I change my customization details after I place an order?
A: You may request changes to color, firmness or other non-structural details within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins. Once 3D printing has started, modifications are no longer possible, as each pair is manufactured exclusively for your foot shape and cannot be reworked.
Q: I have wide feet, high arches, or flat feet. Can you accommodate my foot shape?
A: Absolutely. Our 3D scanning captures every detail of your foot anatomy, including width, arch profile and pressure distribution. We adjust the internal fit and support structure specifically for your feet, eliminating pinching, slipping or unsupported arch issues common with off-the-shelf footwear.
Q: If I reorder later, do I need to scan my feet again?
A: No. We securely store your 3D foot model on file with your consent. For future reorders of the same or compatible styles, we can reuse your existing scan data — no need to reshoot. You are welcome to upload a new scan at any time if your foot shape changes.
Q: My two feet are different sizes. Can each shoe be customized independently?
A: Yes, fully. We model and manufacture each shoe separately to match the exact dimensions of your left and right foot. Even if there is a half-size or greater difference between your feet, both will receive a precise, tailored fit.
