FAQs
Get quick answers to common questions.
Can 3D-printed shoes be worn every day?
It is recommended to alternate between at least two pairs of shoes. Shoes also need to “rest.” When not worn for long periods, store them in a cool, dry place, away from compression and sunlight.
How should I clean the shoes if they get dirty?
For minor stains, wipe with a towel dipped in a soap or soap–toothpaste mixture.
What if foreign objects or pebbles get stuck in the lattice?
Use a high-pressure water gun to wash them out.
What environments should I avoid?
Do not use hard shoe brushes or abrasive tools.
Do not use alcohol or other corrosive cleaners.
Keep away from fire and oil.
Will the shoes fade?
The shoe’s outer color is applied post-printing. Color fading may occur on the outsole or areas with frequent friction. This is a normal phenomenon and not considered a quality issue, and it does not affect product lifespan.
Will the outsole wear down?
The lattice outsole may show some wear after long-term walking. This is normal and not a quality issue.
