Polly Fab shoes' Care

Care Instructions:

YES:

For minor stains, rinse directly with water or wipe with a towel dipped in a soap or soap–toothpaste mixture.

If foreign objects or pebbles are lodged in the lattice structure, use a high-pressure water gun to wash them out.

Alternate between at least two pairs of shoes to extend product lifespan.

When not worn for a long time, store the shoes in a cool, dry place. Avoid compression and direct sunlight to prevent structural deformation.

Do not use alcohol or other strong corrosive cleaning agents.

Do not expose shoes to open flames or oil.

Avoid using hot water above 50°C, excessive detergent powder, or soaking for more than 30 minutes, as this may cause expansion or damage to the surface coating.

This product is not recommended as professional sports footwear.

FAQ:

  1. How should I clean the shoes if they get dirty?

For minor stains, wipe with a towel dipped in a soap or soap–toothpaste mixture.

2. What if foreign objects or pebbles get stuck in the lattice?

Use a high-pressure water gun to wash them out.

3. Can 3D printed shoes be worn every day?

It is recommended to alternate between at least two pairs of shoes. Shoes also need to “rest.” When not worn for long periods, store them in a cool, dry place, away from compression and sunlight.

4. What environments should I avoid?

Do not use hard shoe brushes or abrasive tools.

Do not use alcohol or other corrosive cleaners.

Keep away from fire and oil.

5. Will the shoes fade?

The shoe’s outer color is applied post-printing. Color fading may occur on the outsole or areas with frequent friction. This is a normal phenomenon and not considered a quality issue, and it does not affect product lifespan.

6. Will the outsole wear down?

The lattice outsole may show some wear after long-term walking. This is normal and not a quality issue.

Kind Reminder:

Pollyfab 3D-printed shoes are formed in one piece using next-generation ultra-high-speed photopolymerization 3D printing technology. Due to the inherent characteristics of 3D printing, the shoe body may display slight layer lines. This is normal and represents the unique craftsmanship of 3D printing, giving each pair of shoes its own “signature identity.”

Temperature, humidity, and other conditions during printing may result in subtle variations, giving each shoe its own “growth story.” After printing, the shoes undergo meticulous post-processing such as polishing and matte finishing. Every pair is a fusion of cutting-edge technology and artisanal craftsmanship, embodying the industrial aesthetics of traditional injection molding while exuding the charm of customized footwear.

The shoe color is applied post-printing. Over time, the outsole may fade with wear, and the lattice outsole will show natural abrasion after prolonged use. Both are normal phenomena.
