Dear Pollyfab Community,
It has recently come to our attention that many unauthorized websites have been using our brand to sell fake versions of our products. We want to clearly state that the 3D-printed shoes being sold on their websites are completely fake and are not manufactured by us.
We want to make it absolutely clear that our ONLY official website is: https://www.pollyfab.com/
Any other websites or platforms using "Pollyfab" to sell products are fake and have no connection to us. Because these fake 3D-printed shoes do not use our technology or materials, we cannot guarantee their quality, comfort, or safety. We also cannot offer customer support, refunds, or returns for any orders placed outside of our official website.
Please be careful and only shop directly through https://www.pollyfab.com/ to make sure you are getting real Pollyfab 3D-printed shoes.
We care deeply about our community and are taking action against these fake websites.
If you see a suspicious site or have any questions, please reach out via contact@pollyfab.com contact our official customer support team.
Thank you for your continued trust and support.
Sincerely,
The Pollyfab Team
