60 Day Free Return
Shipping & Returns Policy
We offer a 60-day risk-free return and exchange policy starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- A proof of purchase must be included.
Return Shipping Fees
- Seller Covered: We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect product.
- Customer Covered: If you are returning an item due to sizing issues or personal preference (change of mind), the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

- 72-Hour Inspection: Please inspect your items within 72 hours of delivery. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately.
- Return Authorization: You must contact our customer service team before sending any items back to receive the correct return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

What if I’m between two sizes?
If you’re EU 40 (US Women’s 8.5 / Men’s 7) or below, we recommend choosing the larger size. If you’re above EU 40, we recommend choosing the smaller size for the best fit.
Are PollyFab shoes noisy when walking?
No. The flexible, one-piece 3D-printed design creates a quieter, more natural walking experience than traditional shoes—closer to the feeling of walking barefoot.
I have wide feet. Will these shoes fit?
Yes. PollyFab shoes feature a roomy toe box that allows your toes to spread naturally, providing a comfortable fit for most people with wider feet.
Can I wear orthotic insoles with PollyFab shoes?
No. Our shoes feature a seamless, one-piece construction and do not include removable insoles, so we don’t recommend using orthotic or aftermarket insoles.
Are PollyFab shoes easy to clean?
Yes. Simply rinse them with water or wash them with mild soap, then let them air dry.
